Why is all that important? Having a better CTR and quality rating with the search engines means lower PPC costs. The search engines really do want to return the most relevant search result. So if your pay-per-click campaign includes negative keywords that prevent irrelevant search results, your ads will only appear when they are most-relevant to the person doing the query.
