I get a lot of requests these days for help with optimizing websites focused on loan modification and short sale. The good news is that the call volume has actually slowed down. Could this be a sign of the times or of our economy getting better? I’m not sure.
When searching the web, I still see a lot of paid and organic listings, and when logged into AdCenter or AdWords I am noticing a reasonable decrease in costs. Many of the loan mod folks are moving toward offering their own do-it-yourself product, similar to EZMod 123 as offered on the Homeland Assistance website.
Is the loan mod market going away? What are your thoughts?
